As the CEO, Founder, and Executive Producer at Star Entertainment, Orlando brings his decades of high-profile business experience and contacts to Star Entertainment, Inc. He is the creative force behind the company. He recently formed the National Television series, ‘Health Uncensored!’ with Dr. Drew.  From our Burbank, CA studio, Dr. Drew and his world-renowned guests will take our viewers on an adventurous journey through the world of health and wellness as we know it and the breakthroughs that lie just ahead.  The series will entertain and inform our viewing audience while having an impact on all areas of their lives. It is set to air weekly on FOX Business Network.

His team is also currently in pre-production with the epic, new National Television Series, “GENESIS!” The New Digital Business World. On each episode of GENESIS! we will be educated by global leaders and Fortune 1000 CEOs in the new world of artificial intelligence, Web3, blockchain, NFT, and the future of banking & global currencies.

Previously, he was the Founder, CEO, and the driving force of StarMedia Productions where he created and was the Executive Producer of the National TV Series, “EARTH” hosted by John Holden (formerly “The Green Room”) EARTH aired weekly on a combination of Fox Business, History, and Discovery Channel. On each episode of his EARTH series, Orlando worked closely with and featured a who’s who of Fortune 50 CEOs, U.S. Governors, a couple of Presidents, and major celebrities. Even the MLB All-Stars and Jimmy Buffett to name a few. After 11 years of spanning the globe, he sold StarMedia and his EARTH series. He is not affiliated with the current version of the series.

Orlando also developed and was the E.P. of Young Americans with Jenni “JWoww” Farley which aired on TLC and Here’s to Your Health with 17th Surgeon General Richard Carmona & Marilu Henner which aired on Lifetime. Upon arriving in South Florida from Los Angeles he was the EVP of Programming for Modern Cuisine with Loni Anderson which aired on Food Network.

A native New Yorker, Orlando started his career in the television, advertising, and production industries in New York City and Los Angeles. He was fortunate to work for such global powerhouses as BBDO NY, Omnicom and KBD-NY/LA in account management. In this role, he spent over 10 years overseeing multi-million-dollar productions and working side by side with the best in the industry! To this day he continues to build on and utilize the solid relationships he formed with global agencies and major broadcast networks.
